After retiring as SVP – Sales for a global printing company, Ora Lee began Ministry work at Saddleback Church in California. She served as Ministry Leader for the Welcome Team on the main campus, as well as part of the Women’s Ministry Leadership team. Her first mission trip was to Rwanda with the Women’s leadership team. She fell in love with the Rwandan people and led 2 more mission trips there teaching on Orphan Care, Trauma Recovery and HIV/AIDS. In 2017 she moved to Hendersonville, TN and joined Long Hollow Baptist Church. There she helped establish and led mental health support groups for individuals and for families. In 2022 she was blessed to partner with Bala Rao and join LWCT to introduce Celebrate Recovery in Palorinya Refugee Settlement and to train leaders. In June 2023 the first group of leaders “graduated” and are now expanding Celebrate Recovery to members of other churches. She is the proud mother of 2 adult children, 8 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
