Community Bible Study Conference
- An eleven hour conference was held for adults and youth in Morobi Refugee Camp on April 21st. All the small CBS groups, meeting weekly in local churches attended. 21 people gave their lives to Christ. 16 were baptized.
- On April 23rd orphans received new clothes and shoes. An 18 yr old orphan is helped to build his own home.
- On May 8th a class of five (including one woman) began a class to learn how to operate our new tractor and the new implements.
- A total of 90 participants completed Small Business Training. The classes were taught in Belameling and Morobi Refugee Camps. Twenty-eight of the students are beginning agriculture businesses. They submitted their business plans and have already received a small loan to begin.
Timothy Logos Center
We are working fast and furiously to get our new Bible College open next month. The classroom, dormitory, kitchen, latrines, and showers are ready. Currently we are working on the dining hall, guesthouse and library. The curriculum has arrived in Kampala, awaiting to clear customs. Praying we can raise all the remaining necessary funds.
Systematic Theology
We were gifted by a generous donor with a large number of systematic theology books. These were written specifically for pastors in developing countries.
